"I made this drawing last year in the beginning of 2020. I remember at the time I was ready to dive into new ideas in my life and I wanted to express that by drawing. As I traced my hands and then re-traced over and over, I was feeling as if I were 'diving in' into my drawing! That was a motivational moment for me, and the outcome of the drawing captured what I was ready to do with my life."
