BEST TABLETOP RPGs I RAN THIS YEAR
- Dungeon World: currently running three very different campaigns using it, and it’s hackable nature makes it very easy to slip back into.
- A Quiet Year: if I’m feeling lazy, this one’s a great game to just facilitate and ask questions about while players create a ridiculous world in a couple of hours
- Ironsworn (run via chatGPT): since Ironsworn is both Creative Commons and a GMless game, having chatGPT run through adventures has been fantastic.

TOP 3 ‘OH SH*T’ MOMENTS OF 2023
- THE DRAG THROWDOWN: Dara Quinn and 150+ on behalf of The Emerald of Siam at Richland City Hall, protesting Theresa Richardson to her face after she encouraged the vandalism and harassment of the Emerald for hosting an Easter Drag Show. One member of the protest called out a charged pedophile by name who was supporting Theresa. The day of the Drag show there were over 150 counter-protestors celebrating LGBT+ rights, and under 10 ‘protestors’ of the show.
- TWO BOAT RACE BASHES? DJ-Z Luck who has hosted the Boat Race Bash for over a decade released a video after the Red Lion in Pasco stated they were hosting The 2023 Boat Race Bash, claiming that there was only one rightful Boat Race Bash, and it would take place at the Riverfront Hotel hosted by himself. Over 1,000 people attended the Riverfront event, with under 100 at the Red Lion.
- THE PRIDE FEST ARREST: A group of protestors stood in the privately rented area of Pasco’s 2023 Pride Festival with hateful signs with alt-right Christian messages towards the LGBT+ community. They antagonized festival attendees, and refused to leave the park claiming a ‘free speech’ violation. One alt-right supporter was arrested, and all protestors were moved off the property to thunderous applause from the LGBT+ allies.

- El Centro de la Dignidad. The Center of Dignity by Alcon media is my project that helps vulnerablecommunities acces resources and other help in the state.
- Sunnyside candidates. We help to promote and create a new platform with @weareella, @markfogueroa, Audel Ramirez, and Ulises Navarro to empower our community members in Sunnyside to run for local election and represnt Latino communities. For the first time, we have more than one Latino representative and woman serving in the city of Sunnyside.
- The growth of Alcon media. This year, Alcon media became one of the most important Latino media companies in the area, with the absorption of 7 radio stations, a 100% Latino-owned business. We are an independent and sustentable radio company focused on minorities with the goal to collaborate with leaders and
