Amma — Read by Amma
Amma remembers sitting quietly in the back pew of her family’s church, holding a secret: she could feel things others couldn’t. When she finally told someone about the colors that surround people and the voices that sound in her ears, she was met with silence — and then exile.
Years later, after leaving that world behind, a friend begged her for a reading.
Amma agreed, hesitantly.
What followed changed everything: tears, relief, a message delivered that couldn’t have come from anywhere but the spirit world.

Keena – Blu Journey
Keena was raised on the island of Guam, where the rhythm of life was guided by family, friends, and community. The island wasn’t just home; it was her first teacher, offering lessons through ocean tides, village gatherings, and everyday acts of care.
When she later moved to the Western world, that closeness became a quiet longing.
Over time, through reflection, spirit work, and ancestral reconnection, she found her way back, not just to place, but to purpose.
Today, through Blu Journey, Keena creates spaces that feel like home again: spaces where others can slow down, remember who they are, and return to the medicine of their roots.

Nina – A Healer's Message
Nina has always felt like she walked between two worlds.
Raised in a predominantly white environment while holding Indigenous lineage in her bones, she often felt invisible, either too much of one thing or not enough of another. It wasn’t until she began her own healing work that she realized her ‘in-between’ identity was a bridge.
Nina walked the path for her healing, and continues to perfect her craft through taking courses, seminars, and most importantly, practice. Through her healing, she guides others through their own healing journey (or at least inspires them to start).
A Healer’s Message offers a sacred space where people can choose to heal.
Stephen Stott – Embrace The Darkness LLC
Stephen remembers the moment he woke up in a hospital bed at the age of sixteen, knowing that something horrible had happened. The car accident had killed his sister, Stacy. He felt it even before his mother walked into the room to tell him.
He attended grief support groups and national grief conferences where he met many other grieving siblings, and created unique connections. Later, after supporting thousands through crisis as a social worker, Stephen found the decades-old grief resurfacing in his body.
It wasn’t until a somatic breathwork session that he understood that healing doesn’t live in logic; it lives in the body.
Embrace The Darkness helps people find the courage to feel again — fully, fiercely, and without shame.
